JK Mall operates as an electronic marketplace platform that facilitates the sale of motorcycle modification accessories, bike lights, horns, helmets, and styling components by independent verified merchants and manufacturers ("Sellers") to end consumers ("Buyers").
While JK Mall provides the digital storefront, payment security layer, and logistics coordination, the commercial contract of sale for products is directly entered into between the Buyer and the respective Seller.
To place orders or register as a merchant, users must provide accurate and verifiable contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and OTP codes. Any transaction conducted through your verified credentials shall be deemed authorized by you.
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and applicable central/state statutory levies.
While sellers strive for 100% catalog accuracy, typographical or system pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such rare instances, the platform reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full instant refund.
Orders placed on the platform are subject to seller acceptance and product availability. Payments are processed securely via RBI-compliant 256-bit encrypted gateways (Razorpay, UPI, NetBanking).
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier partner and subsequent doorstep handover.
All customer orders are protected under our 3-Day Return & Replacement Policy. Customers must notify the platform within 72 hours of delivery for any eligible defect or transit damage.
All logos, trademarks, website design, UI layout, software code, and graphic assets associated with JK Mall are the exclusive proprietary property of the company and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana / New Delhi, India.
